One Word Week @ Brunel Video

Recently I filmed quick interviews with strangers on Brunel campus. Theme was One World Week @ Brunel. All they had to do was to say “hi”, “hello” “have a nice day” etc in their language. It came out great. See inside for more info.

So here are some single frames from the interviews. In total we interviewed about 20 something people from all around the world. Some of them came from France, Germany, Ghana, Iraq. Others from more exotic places like Shanghai, India, Singapore, China and Croydon 😀

Gear used:

  • Canon 5d MKII
  • 24-70mm f2.8 USM L Canon Lens
  • Zoom H4n Microphone for sound
  • Clapper board 🙂
  • Manfrotto Tripod
  • Pen and paper
  • Plenty of cold weather 🙁
Once I recorded all video I colour corrected and enhanced it in After Effects and rendered out for further editing. All the titles and final editing was done by Mariana Rocha. Check out her artist portfolio. Special thanks to Brunel Security for being patient with our filming. Also, thank to all the volunteers that took part. Here is the rest of frames and video at the end.
