A while ago I did a session with my two friends that got recently married. Monika and Ben 🙂 (congratulations!) Here is sneak peak from the session. Wedding rings. More to come soon.
Collectormania 2011. Quite a big event in the cosplay scene, but not as big as MCM Expo. However, some people really made an effort to come and dress up as their favourite characters 🙂 I saw many Star Wars heroes and bad guys, horror movie characters, princesses and dwarf and few others 🙂 Enjoy this […]
Good few days ago I went to Collectormania event to take some photographs of cosplayers. Event was quite big, but there were not that many cosplayers attending, which was a shame. I was expecting more people dressed up. But there were quite a few people dressed up and quite a few Star Wars characters as […]
So, Groocecaffee happened last Friday. 🙂 It was cool event, really on tight schedule, lot of things could have failed, but didn’t (thank gods for that!), few things were done wrong or left till too late. Overall, very positive event. It was a chance for me to meet some friends, new people and do some […]
Few days ago I posted Amrita’s colourful pictures from tattooed girl session. Now, this post will have pictures from the same session, but in black and white.
You Rock Girl! was a photoshoot concept I wanted to do for a while. However, I never had a time to do it, or a right model, or make up artist, or time etc. But one day I talked to my friend, Amrita about whole thing and she liked it 🙂 She liked the idea […]
This photoshoot happened quite a few months ago. However, I will be uploading all my past work to my site (as long as I think its worthy) to showcase, what have I done 🙂 Anyway, this is Bethan, a friend of mine from a course. I asked her to model for me a while ago. Since it […]
A package. More like a letter. Fat one. A4 size. Safely wrapped up. Twice. With extra cardboard inside. Make it two cardboards. Oh and make whole parcel made from thick cardboard. And add extra plastic wrapping inside just in case it gets wet. Sounds interesting?
Dustin Farrell is a photographer and videographer, living in Arizona, USA and having his company Crew West, Inc working for NBC etc. (its amazing what you can find out using just internet and social sites). When I saw his videos on his Vimeo page, my jaw dropped.
Last post of the series. That makes it nearly 90 images published. Just about Freshers Fayre. I would took more if it wasn’t too hot and too crowded 🙂 Sea of people around make it difficult to focus and take a well framed photo. Well, maybe next year will be better. Or I will have bigger frame. […]
Second part of Freshers Fayre photography at Brunel University during Freshers Week 2011. It was fun, fun, fun, hot and very crowded. Yep, a lot of people, trying to join all the clubs they are interested in, everyone advertising themselves and their club, getting freebies (yay!) and much more. Enjoy.
Second part to my freshers Project. On the same day I went to Brunel Sports Hall and took “framed” pictures of Freshers and current students, especially people representing different clubs and societies. It was fun as outdoor shoot, but at a times very crowded. This is why I had to use my 35mm f2 lens […]
Last year (last university term) I bought my new camera with a set of lenses. I was thinking how I could use it “safely” or in some sort of more friendly environment to test how it preforms with low light and live music photography. I didn’t wanted to take it straight away to KOKO or […]
“Lost Love” is a music video I did last year for one of my Design Practice modules during my 2nd year at Brunel University. I did this video with a help of my friend, Leti Mortimer (here is her Flickr profile and her hand made T-shirt shop) who is a singer and a song writer. Also, […]
Here is part 3 of Freshers Photo project. That will be the last part of Freshers Project. I will create one big gallery soon, where you will be able to see all the images together, even the ones that didn’t make it to the post 1,2 or 3 🙂
Here goes part 2 of Freshers Photo project. You can see part one here. Whole thing took a place just over 3 hours. It was fun and quick way to befriend strangers. It was really cool way to stop people, make them laugh and some of them took part in this. The results you can see below.
